The exam history report is generally used as real time dashboard of candidates taking exams as well as to view historical information of who has taken exams in the past. Most importantly, the exam history report reveals the candidate's exam results and insights into the candidate's exam attempt.
How should I filter my report?
For the exam history report, the date range corresponds to the "exam start" date. Adjust the "created at" date range to the expected exam dates, and leave the "finished at" to the default of "all time" for the most accurate results.
If you have categorized the candidates writing the exam, you can filter based on the user group and/or the administration to control the candidates who will be extracted into your report.
Otherwise, you can filter by the exam shell and the exam form.
What does the "Include Archived/Deleted Data" checkbox do?
It includes exam history data for exams/exam forms that have been deleted in Meazure. When checked, an “archived” option shows in the drop-down menu.
What do the Exam History columns mean?
Some of the columns provide the same information but in a different format.
