The order history report contains the purchase details for every transaction made on the account.
How should I filter my report?
For the order history report, the date range corresponds to the "purchase" date (ie: the date the exam, course, or fees were issued).
Why is there more than one address and which one should I use?
There are 3 types of user details in the order report:
- Buyer details
- Billing details
- Shipping details
The buyer address details correspond to the address details listed in the user profile. These details are not mandatory on the profile and are therefore not guaranteed in the report.
The billing address details correspond to the address details entered by the candidate when completing the purchase. These details are required to complete the transaction.
The shipping address details correspond to the address details entered by the candidate if the purchase requires materials to be mailed to the candidate. These details are only required for mail order materials.
